Covid vaccines now available at Ballan Medical Clinic
Ballan Medical Clinic is an approved provider of COVID-19 vaccines, alongside our ongoing role in the National Immunisation Program.
Vaccinations are available during scheduled clinics with our practice nurses or by appointment with a doctor.
There is no cost to patients–simply bring your Medicare card.
COVID-19 Vaccines Available:
- Comirnaty (Pfizer) 5 to 11 years for primary course
- Comirnaty (Pfizer) 12 years and over
- Nuvaxovid (Novavax) 12 years and over

Dr Rakhi Basu
General Practitioner
Dr Basu was born in Scotland and educated in England and India. She completed her medical degree and a Diploma in Obstetrics and Gynaecology in Calcutta, working in both India and Australia.

Dr Faiza completed her medical degree in Pakistan and began her career in Australia in 2016, working in psychiatry at Bendigo Health.

Born in Riyadh, Dr Jalal completed his MBBS at the International University of Africa in 2008. He gained his Australian Medical Council Certificate and completed the PEP education program through RACGP.
