We provide free self-service facilities where you can use our computers to log into your myGov account and complete your government business on the spot. If you don’t have a myGov account, our friendly staff can assist you in setting one up.
A phone is available to speak with a Services Australia officer, and free Wi-Fi lets you use your own mobile phone or tablet. You can also download and install the Express Plus mobile apps, with staff available to help you get started.
