Consultation information​

Ballan Medical Clinic is a mixed billing Practice with payments required at the time of Consultation. Some patients are eligible to be bulk billed.

Eligible to be bulked billed for GP Consultation only are children under 16, concession Card Holder and Pension card Holders.

Patients without a valid Medicare or pension card will pay private fee.

A No show fee of $40.00 may apply if your appointment is not cancelled with at least 4 hours’ notice.

Medical Reports
Fees for medical reports are determined by the doctor based on the complexity and time required. Please submit all relevant documentation to the clinic prior to your appointment so we can allocate appropriate time and provide an estimated fee.
